계정 삭제 방법

  1. 게임에서 설정 › 온라인 데이터 삭제를 누르고 삭제를 누릅니다. 서버에 저장된 진행과 온라인 계정, 연결된 Google·Play 게임즈 계정 정보가 바로 지워집니다.
  2. 게임을 지웠거나 실행할 수 없다면 contact@unfinish.io로 연결한 Google 계정 이메일을 적어 삭제를 요청하세요. 7일 안에 지우고 회신합니다.

지워지는 정보

클라우드에 저장된 게임 진행, 온라인 랭킹 기록, 친구 코드, 온라인 사용자 ID, 연결된 Google 계정의 이메일·이름·프로필 사진 정보와 Play 게임즈 연결. 보관하는 정보는 없습니다.

남는 정보

기기에 저장된 진행은 앱을 지울 때까지 기기에 남습니다. 결제 기록은 Google Play가 자체 정책에 따라 보관합니다. 오류 보고(기기 모델·오류 내용 등, 이름·이메일 없음)는 90일 뒤 자동으로 지워지며, 이메일로 요청하면 바로 지웁니다.

How to delete your account

  1. In the game, open Settings › Delete online data and tap Delete. Your cloud progress, online account and linked Google / Play Games account information are deleted immediately.
  2. If you no longer have the game, email contact@unfinish.io with the email of the linked Google account. We delete it within 7 days and reply.

What is deleted

Cloud-saved game progress, online ranking entries, friend code, the online user ID, the linked Google account's email, name and profile picture information, the Play Games link. Nothing is retained.

What stays

Progress saved on your device stays until you uninstall the app. Purchase records are kept by Google Play under its own policies. Error reports (device model, error details; no name or email) are deleted automatically after 90 days, or right away if you ask by email.
